 | this is 'highly likely' (favourite phrase in bizlaw class now) to be apple's biggest booger in design since it was established. i conceived it to be entirely impossible when it first appeared as a rumour; now it looks like the ugly brother of creative zen v, only fatter. at this point in time, i'm really glad i got the student promo of the free 'old but sexy' ipod nano (which is unfortunately causing big problems in the documentation for the rebate).
