 | our bizlaw lecturer decided not to teach today so my project group went to watch hairspray at plaza singapura instead. in essence, hairspray is a fast-paced, happy film. right from the opening of 'good morning baltimore' down to the finale of 'you can't stop the beat'. so much so, that it resembled a clubbing experience. and as with clubbing experiences, the happiness fades after you walk out (of the cinema) and you enter the silent, lonely, real world where rights are not properly upheld.
