 | i imagined it would be an emotional day where we weeped and gave hugs when i returned to send in my uniform. ok i admit that's bullshit but i expected some welling up of emotions that might include joy and cynical laughter, having wasted 5 months of my life there. but whatever sentiments that might have arose from this departure was dampened by my unintended abilities to miss out on details. the verdict lies in me having to return my name tag within 3 days. -___- which indicates another trip down to vivocity where the crowds do not wane and noise does not fade out. and today, while cramping cheek muscles having hearty laughs with former colleagues, i uncovered even more reasons why i should never return to work at the land where the underrepresented, underprivileged, underpaid and underage workers are treated with disdain by the senior management. one of them being that cable car shop now sells canned drinks at $1.25 to staff instead of the previous $0.80. hell, it accounts for more than the gst increase. in view of the overwhelming case i present, i urge you to find work elsewhere and those who are currently employed under such unfortunate circumstances, PLEASE QUIT. |
