 | i hadn't planned on returning to the island after an unsucessful suntanning session (due to the absence of an important figure in the sky) but i'm glad i did. i don't have memories comparable to what many people have at MF, having only worked 1 weekday shift throughout my stay. (and therefore there was no immense sadness) but it was such an experience being in such proximity to the water jets and pyrotechnics as they soared through the crisp night air that i'm glad i was part of the team that bade farewell to kiki - a day to remember for a long time. ps. i have low-quality disjointed videos of the MF show with weird sounds arising from the staff. you can watch one here. |
